The Wharton School has been named the world’s top business school for 2023 by CEOWORLD magazine. London Business School secured the second position. MIT Sloan School of Management ranked third. Harvard Business School claimed the fourth spot. Saïd Business School (Oxford Saïd or SBS) ranked fifth. Columbia Business School (CBS) secured the sixth position. The Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) claimed the seventh spot.
Among the top 10 business schools, INSEAD, Haas School of Business, and Yale School of Management hold the eighth, ninth, and tenth positions, respectively. INSEAD is the European Institute of Business Administration. The Haas School of Business is also known as Berkeley Haas. The Yale School of Management is another name for Yale SOM.
Detailed findings & methodology: CEOWORLD magazine surveyed 350,000 business executives, graduates, global business influencers, industry professionals, business school academics, employers, and recruiters. The interviews took place in 156 countries and territories between September 15, 2022, and December 22, 2022. Ten percent of the interviews were conducted by telephone, 82% online, and 8% by post or face-to-face. All quantitative interviews were confidential and not based on institutions’ data submissions.
