South Korean Leader Heads to NATO Summit in Lithuania


North Korea has issued a threat, stating its intention to shoot down U.S. spy planes flying near its east coast. The North Korean defense ministry spokesperson accused the United States of heightening tensions through these reconnaissance flights and its plan to deploy a nuclear submarine to South Korea.
