Ajay Devgn made a recent investment in office properties in Mumbai’s Andheri area. The actor bought five office units through two separate transactions. He spent over Rs 45 crore on these purchases. The office units are located in the Signature building on Veera Desai Road. They cover a total area of 13,293 sq ft.
The purchase included three units on the 16th floor, which have a built-up area of 8,404 sq ft, and two units on the 17th floor, with a built-up area of 4,893 sq ft. The total stamp duty paid for these transactions amounted to Rs 2.7 crore.
While Ajay Devgn’s plans for these office properties are not yet clear, it is possible that he intends to utilize them for his production company, Ajay Devgn Films, given his involvement in the film industry.
This recent acquisition of office properties demonstrates Ajay Devgn’s continued investment in Mumbai’s real estate market. Apart from these properties, the actor already owns various other assets in the city, including a house in Juhu and a commercial complex in Andheri.
Despite the real estate market in Mumbai currently experiencing a boom with record-high prices, Ajay Devgn’s purchase of these office properties indicates his confidence in the market’s long-term prospects.
