The parade showcased new weapons: ICBMs, cruise missiles, and drones, displaying North Korea’s military advancements.

Notably, the Hwasong-17 ICBM was featured, being the largest and most advanced in North Korea’s arsenal.

This ICBM is believed to have the capability to reach the continental United States.

Also, new drones, including a large reconnaissance one, flew in formation, hinting at swarm capabilities.

The parade was a clear show of force, likely seen as provocative by the United States and its allies.

Tensions on the Korean Peninsula have been high due to North Korea’s recent missile tests.

The parade’s purpose remains uncertain, but it could be a message to the US and its allies not to underestimate North Korea.

Additionally, it might be a demonstration of military strength to the North Korean population.
