The deepening of Taiwan-India relations is viewed by analysts as a potential means for Taiwan to diversify its alliances and reduce dependence on its primary ally, the United States. India, on the other hand, is seen as a potential counterbalance to China’s growing influence in the Indo-Pacific region.

The extent to which Taiwan and India will further strengthen their ties remains uncertain. However, the meeting between Wu and Kwatra signals mutual interest in deepening the relationship and exploring future collaboration.
