Stephanie Meadow Looking to Build on Performance in Women’s PGA Championship

Stephanie Meadow finished in a tie for 13th in the Women’s PGA Championship. She expressed pride in her performance despite the result. Meadow scored rounds of 69, 68, 73, and 71, totaling 10-under-par.

She finished six shots behind the winner, Inbee Park. Meadow, the first Northern Irish woman in the tournament, was really happy with how she played. She made impressive putts and shots, although she faced some unfortunate luck on a few holes.

Meadow is excited for the future and aims to build on her performance. She will continue working hard to achieve more results like this. The Women’s PGA Championship marked Meadow’s best finish in a major championship.

Previously, she tied for 20th place in the 2016 U.S. Open. Currently, Meadow holds the 53rd rank in the world and is the highest-ranked Northern Irish golfer on the LPGA Tour.
