TalentSprint, an edtech startup, was acquired by NSE Academy in November 2020. In FY23, the company posted revenue of Rs 100 crore, showing a growth of 40.8% compared to the previous fiscal year.
The company’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 100 crore in FY23 from Rs 71 crore in FY22. However, its losses also rose to Rs 3.9 crore in FY23 from Rs 0.4 crore in FY22. This increase was due to various factors, including higher royalty payments to NSE Academy, as well as increased employee benefit and consultancy costs.
Despite the losses, TalentSprint maintained strong ROCE and EBITDA margins at 73.83% and 3.68%, respectively.
Tushar Mehra, the CEO of TalentSprint, expressed his satisfaction with the company’s performance in FY23. He believes that TalentSprint is well-positioned for future growth.

As one of India’s leading edtech companies, TalentSprint has secured funding of over $20 million from investors like Nexus Venture Partners, Blume Ventures, and Sequoia Capital India.
