HealthifyMe Secures $30 Million in Pre-Series D Funding to Boost Generative AI

Health and fitness platform, HealthifyMe, has raised $30 million in a pre-series D funding round led by LeapFrog Investments and Khosla Ventures. The funding will be used to enhance the company’s AI capabilities, recruit talent, and expand globally. HealthifyMe aims to incorporate generative AI into its AI-powered virtual nutritionist, enabling personalized and superior health and fitness outcomes for a billion people worldwide. The startup previously raised $75 million in a series C round in July 2021, bringing its total funding to $130 million. The company is also updating its coach-facing system with generative AI to provide better nutrition advice and boost the productivity of nutritionists and trainers. With a presence in Bengaluru, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore, HealthifyMe continues to innovate at the intersection of AI and human expertise in the health and fitness industry.
