The forearms should be perpendicular to the floor. Firmly press your feet and palms on the floor and push your body up. Engage your outer thighs and move your upper thighs inward. Start by sitting on the floor with your legs straight in front of you. Place your hands slightly behind your hips, on either side of your body. Bend your knees so that your feet touch the floor, ensuring your heels are not too far from your hips. Raise your hips up, creating a reverse table pose. Straighten your legs with your heels touching the ground. Remain in this position for a few minutes, breathing deeply, and then relax.

Look down at the floor, a little away from your hands, and hold this pose while taking a few breaths.

Kneel down on the floor, bringing your right foot in front of your left knee. Rotate your left thigh outward and move your body and chest forward. Bend your right knee to the back, keeping your left knee straight to lower your right thigh. Raise your hands up to the ceiling, joining them in prayer. Look up at your hands, close your eyes, and relax.
