Here Are Some of The Artistic Yoga Poses:
To practice the first Bharat Thakur Artistic Yogaasana, start by standing straight and looking in front of you. Join your hands in prayer, keeping them in the center of your chest. Close your eyes and take deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling for 5-10 minutes. Afterward, release and relax for a while.
Urdhva Dhanurasana / Upward Bow Pose:
Begin by kneeling down on the floor and lifting your hands up in the air. Bend backward as much as you can. Transition by getting off your knees and bending your legs so that the soles of your feet touch the floor. Now, bend your hands at your elbows with your palms touching the ground beside your head. The forearms should be perpendicular to the floor. Firmly press your feet and palms on the floor and push your body up. Engage your outer thighs and move your upper thighs inward. Stay in this position, taking deep breaths, and then release.
Purvottanasana / Upward Plank Pose:
Start by sitting on the floor with your legs straight in front of you. Place your hands slightly behind your hips, on either side of your body. Bend your knees so that your feet touch the floor, ensuring your heels are not too far from your hips. Raise your hips up, creating a reverse table pose. Straighten your legs with your heels touching the ground. Remain in this position for a few minutes, breathing deeply, and then relax.
Bakasana / Crane Pose:
Stand straight on the floor, lifting your hands up to the ceiling and stretching them. Lift your body onto your toes and try to find balance. Lower your feet back onto the floor and bend down from your hips until your palms touch the ground. Gently lift your legs off the floor and bend your knees, placing them against your arms. Look down at the floor, a little away from your hands, and hold this pose while taking a few breaths.
Hanumansana / Monkey Pose:
Kneel down on the floor, bringing your right foot in front of your left knee. Rotate your left thigh outward and move your body and chest forward. Bend your right knee to the back, keeping your left knee straight to lower your right thigh. Raise your hands up to the ceiling, joining them in prayer. Look up at your hands, close your eyes, and relax.
Ardha Chandrasana / Half Moon Pose:
Stand straight on the floor, raising your arms parallel to the floor and in line with your body. Lift your right leg off the ground at a 90-degree angle. Bend towards your left side until your left hand touches the ground and aligns with your left leg. Keep your right hand in a straight line with your shoulders and the left hand. Look upwards at your right hand and hold this position for a few minutes. Repeat the same on the other side.
Padahastasana / Hand Under Foot Pose:
Stand straight on the floor, raising and stretching your hands up to the ceiling while slightly bending your body backward. Bend forward until your fingers touch your feet. Slowly come back up to a standing position and relax.
